License expiration
Disabling or expiring a restaurant rejects online validations and activations. Previously authorized offline devices follow their existing grace policy.
Offline grace period
Default: 72 hours. Set 0 to require online authorization when licensing becomes unavailable. Known expiration always takes priority.

Square payments
Connect this restaurant’s Square account, then choose its business location. Save any unsaved configuration changes before connecting.
Testing in Sandbox? First open Square Developer Console → Sandbox test accounts → Open in Square Dashboard for your test seller. Keep that Dashboard open in the same browser and profile, then choose Sandbox and Connect Square here. Without the test seller session, Square may show a blank authorization page.
Reload the connection to check its status.
OAuth credentials are managed automatically. A local disconnect stops this restaurant; to revoke Square authorization for the seller entirely, remove Terminal POS from the seller’s Square application permissions. That revocation affects all connected locations for that seller.
Advanced account details
Save applies the reader option, tax and database settings together. Account connection and location changes save immediately.
Square payment activity
Latest 50 observed payments for this restaurant’s current Square location. These are provider records, not POS check closures. Webhooks never charge a card, issue refunds or automatically close checks.

Workforce

Share this link with your employees. Each employee signs in with their Employee ID and password. Disabling Workforce closes central access; local POS operations remain available.

Version policies
Priority: restaurant/platform → restaurant/ANY → global/platform → global/ANY. A disabled override suppresses its inherited policy. Enforcement is off until explicitly configured.

Configure a version policy
Enforcement requires a minimum version and HTTPS update link. Upgrade Licensing Manager and clients before enabling it. Update links open only when the user clicks them; apps do not install updates or cancel payments automatically.
Reported device compatibility
Calculated from the last reported version and current policy. Devices apply changes at their next validation. Build numbers are reported separately; version build metadata does not change ordering.
